بللي شعرك بالماء ، ثم افركي به البار عدة مرات. دلكي فروة الرأس والشعر

بعد غسل الشعر بالشامبو ، استخدم غسول خل التفاح (9 أجزاء من الماء: 1 جزء من الخل) للمساعدة في استعادة درجة الحموضة الصحية لفروة الرأس وإزالة البقايا الكيميائية القديمة
